This class will celebrate the unique journey of each family member fostering connection, joy, and well-being. Led by experienced instructors who understand the diverse needs of families, our we offer a nurturing and inclusive space where everyone can thrive.

What to Expect:

• Mindful Movement: Through gentle yoga poses and sequences, families will explore movement, balance, and strength in a playful and accessible way.
• Breathwork & Relaxation: Learn breathing techniques and mindfulness practices to promote calmness, focus, and relaxation for both parents and children.
• Creative Expression: Engage in imaginative storytelling, games, and partner activities that encourage creativity and self-expression.
• Adaptability & Support: Our instructors are trained to provide modifications and support for individuals of all abilities, ensuring that everyone can participate comfortably and confidently.
• Community Connection: Connect with other families in a supportive and welcoming environment, fostering a sense of belonging and camaraderie.

*Bring your towels and mats as well as water. Weather permitting this class is held outdoors on the Labyrinth. Alternate space is the yoga room.
