Energy in Motion: Qigong & Tai Chi at AREÖM
Qigong (pronounced chee-gong)
Tuesdays, 5:00–6:00 p.m.
Awaken your inner vitality with Qigong, a powerful Chinese practice that harmonizes slow, meditative movements, breathwork, and focused intention to improve the flow of qi (life force energy) within the body. By embracing this holistic practice, you can transform your physical, mental, and spiritual well-being.
Regular practice can improve circulation, alleviate chronic pain, and strengthen your immune system, ultimately leading to better sleep and an enhanced quality of life.
Tai Chi
Saturdays, 12:30–1:30 p.m.
Tai Chi is a transformative Chinese martial art characterized by gentle, flowing movements and deep breathing exercises that cultivate inner balance and harmony. Tap into a profound sense of well-being, resilience, and empowerment by combining physical postures, movements, breathing techniques, and meditation to harmonize vital energy within the body.
Where movement meets mindfulness, energy awakens.
