Intro to Salsa

Somatic Yoga
2:00–2:30 PM | Led by Melanated Lotus/Nakeasha
This practice enhances body awareness and releases stored tension in the muscles and energy centers through slow, intentional movements and breathwork. By aligning the body, mind, and spirit, this session allows the life force (kundalini) to flow freely, promoting inner healing and balance.
