SAMPLE SCHEDULE
8 a.m.-9 a.m. —Yoga
9-10 a.m.: Cayce-based Breakfast
10 a.m.-12:30 p.m. — Meditation Experiential with Cayce-based Instruction + Morning Workshop
12:30 -4 p.m. — Lunch, Optional Spa Treatments + Optional Group Activities, including State Park Walk, Study Group, Readings Research in the Library + Tea
4 p.m.-6 p.m. — Afternoon Workshop
6 p.m.-7 p.m.—Cayce-diet based Dinner
7 p.m.-8 p.m. — Evening Experiential, such as sound bath and reiki meditation
This program begins with dinner at 6 p.m. on Thursday, February 12th, and ends after brunch at 12 p.m. on Sunday, February 15th. Final schedule will be available here.
