Women’s Integrative Wellness Retreat
This program begins with dinner at 6 pm on Thursday, February 15th, and ends after brunch at 12 pm on Sunday, February 18th.

- Daily meditation

SAMPLE SCHEDULE
8 am-9 am — Restorative Yoga
10 am-12:30 pm — Meditation Practice with Cayce-based Instruction
2 pm-4 pm — Time for optional spa treatments + Enrichment Experiences, such as Cayce-based, small group dream interpretation, group hypnosis for pattern transformation, and ideal setting workshop
4 pm-5 pm — Tea Time: Journaling + Small Group Discussion
7 pm-8 pm — Evening Lecture + Experiential – such as sound bath, breathwork or movement meditation
