This program will assist you in developing a lifelong habit of meditation. Our experienced teachers will guide you through a powerful technique that can be easily practiced at home or anywhere you go, regardless of your experience level. During the initial days of practice, you will receive guidance to ensure that you are on the right track. With regular practice, you can learn to slow down, rest, and center yourself. You will also learn yoga poses to help you connect and center with the divine within.
