The experience unfolds gradually:
- Breathing: Breath awareness and mindfulness practices to calm the nervous system
- Yoga: A gentle Hatha yoga flow that encourages intuitive, safe movement within one’s own body
- Crystal Singing Bowls: A restorative guided relaxation supported by crystal singing bowls, allowing space for reflection, emotional release, and inner peace
No previous yoga or meditation experience is required.

Throughout the workshop, Melissa weaves Edgar Cayce–inspired spiritual principles with accessible yogic philosophy, using trauma-sensitive language and creating an inclusive, compassionate environment.
