She has created a series of “Hypo-Healing” lectures and workshops for the A.R.E. that have become quite popular! She has taught two Regression Hypnosis Certification classes here at the A.R.E. Karen is a retired teacher and professor. She was Teacher of the Year in Kentucky in 2006! She came to Virginia Beach to study the Cayce material and to be of service to the A.R.E. Now, she is the Member Services Manager. Karen has a Bachelor’s degree in both Psychology and Spanish and a Master’s degree in both Teaching and Teaching English as a Second Language. She has been conducting past-life regressions for six years. She was certified at the A.R.E. for past-life regression and she is a Master Hypnotherapist, MHt, for clinical hypnotherapy.   Chris and Sharon Fazel have worked together on projects and careers pretty much since the moment they met in a Professional Actor Training Program “ages ago.” That took them to NYC, then Los Angeles, where they discovered and joined their first ASFG Study Group. Moving on from the professional theatre world as actors, they relocated to Virginia Beach, VA, where they were delighted to find full time employment at the A.R.E. Chris, who was first exposed to the Edgar Cayce material in high school, worked in the Study Group department; Sharon worked in Conferences. Before departing VA for Minnesota in 1989, Chris co-wrote with Mark Thurston The Edgar Cayce Handbook for Creating Your Future, published in several languages throughout the world; and Chris and Sharon produced Triune, a musical collection of Chris’s original songs. Now retired from their most recent profession as ordained ministers in the UNITED Church of Christ (UCC), they have returned to Virginia Beach & A.R.E.
