Angela Phillips has been yoga-inspired since she read Autobiography of a Yogi by Paramahansa Yogananda in 1976 and has been teaching yoga and Restorative Breathwork® since 1994. Trained in many styles of yoga, yoga therapy, and meditation, Angela is a Restorative Breathwork® Advanced Facilitator and Teacher and is on the faculty for the Barratt Breath Institute. Angela has a lighthearted and deeply transformative style of teaching and invites students to expand their awareness of the body-temple, the breath, the heart, and the mind. Angela teaches in a way that is safe, graceful, powerful, adaptable and can be practiced for a lifetime.
