In this workshop, you will:
- Learn how Kundalini Yoga works within the body and why its combination of mantra, pranayama, mudra, drishti, and meditation helps calm and focus the mind.
- Experience how sound and mantra influence mental patterns and try a simple breath meditation you can use anytime.
- Move through a beginner-friendly Kundalini kriya with modifications so you can go at your own pace.
- Close with a restorative gong relaxation and closing mantra, leaving with a felt sense of expanded awareness, balance, and connection.
- Walk away with practical tools to regulate your nervous system and support clarity and inner calm.
