Are You Using Your Breath as the Powerful Tool It Was Meant to Be?

Most of us breathe without thinking, but intentional breathwork can calm your nervous system, boost your energy, support emotional balance, and help you handle stress with greater ease.

Join yoga instructor Amy Walton for a two-hour experiential workshop you can feel from the first breath.

In this workshop, you will:

  • Practice breathing techniques with guided reflection time.
  • Learn the science behind breath and how pranayama works within both yogic and physiological frameworks.
  • Build a personalized set of breathing tools to use at home, supported by a take-home technique handout and reflection chart.
  • Close with a relaxing meditation to anchor the experience.

No prior yoga or breathwork experience needed. Beginners and seasoned practitioners are both welcome.
