A.R.E. Professional Life Coach Certificate Training
Welcome Holistic Life Coach Training Students!
Thank you for joining us for our Holistic Life Coach Certificate Training! On this “watch page” you will find the video player to access the course on-demand, along with a schedule, what to expect, handouts, and frequently asked questions.
You can view the presentation on-demand as often as you like, any time, with the ability to stop, pause, fast-forward, and rewind for six months after the course ends (September 1, 2024). On the top left hand side of the video player, you will see a dropdown menu where you will be able to access the recordings for each part of the course.
Your feedback is very important to us and will help us improve the experience for future attendees, and your ideas and suggestions will contribute to shaping our upcoming programs. Please take a few moments, after you attend the event, to fill out a brief online survey.
We hope you enjoyed this inspiring training!

Pre-Event Practices from Corinne Cayce
I am delighted that you are joining the Holistic Life Coaching training with the A.R.E. beginning next Monday, March 18th! I would like to invite all attendees to prepare to enter into our learning together by engaging with several holistic practices described below, before the event begins.
Â
Beginning Practices
Meditation:
Please meditate each day for at least 10 minutes. We will continue this practice together during the training. If you would like guidance on how to meditate, please reach out to me individually.
Journaling:
Each evening, take a few moments to reflect on your daily experience. Journaling strengthens our ability to self-reflect and self-remember. Reflect on a challenge or joy, a gratitude or a sorrow. We will hone our journaling prompts during the training.
Recording Your Dreams:
If you do not already do this, please begin jotting down your dreams in a dream journal. Some of us easily and regularly remember our dreams, and others feel as if they don’t dream at all. The truth is that we all dream, and we can train ourselves to improve our ability to recall our dreams. The Edgar Cayce readings describe the dream life as a place where the conscious and unconscious minds meet freely, where we are in touch with our soul forces. If you are new to remembering your dreams, remind yourself as you’re falling asleep that you are going to remember your dreams. In the morning, plan to wake up slowly and ideally without an alarm. Remain lying in bed for a few moments to see if any dreams or dream fragments return, and if so record them immediately.
Poetry/Music:
Begin to collect poems or songs that touch you and speak to different moods and experiences in your life.
Exercise:
Please exercise in some way each day. This can be as simple as an after-dinner stroll or morning tai-chi. Bring attention to moving your body intentionally.
Learning:
1. Below are several suggested books that will enhance your experience during the training. If one or more catch your interest, please begin reading.
