Meditation Monday

Join us every Monday night at 6:30 pm for a meditation class, where we will explore the Cayce Way of Meditation. Guided by our experienced instructor, the class is designed to take you step by step through a formal Cayce meditation. We will discuss each of the steps and how they help you reach your goals as well as practice meditation. Bringing a journal to write in is encouraged.
The aim of our sessions is not to control your thoughts but to empower you to stop letting them control you. Whether you are a beginner or have been practicing for some time, our welcoming atmosphere is perfect for individuals of all levels.
