Food, Moods and Attitudes:

A Nutrition and Wellness Journey

Welcome! This experience is intended to help you rest, restore, and be healthy. Health is a process, a journey, a healing from the inside out. In this six-week virtual program we will take you through an integrative nutrition and wellness journey; aligning the Cayce principles and practices with your mind, body, and spirit. You will hear from six industry experts in nutrition, food, medicine, and spirituality, which will leave you feeling enlightened from head to toe.

You will also be introduced to Baar products derived from the Cayce Readings. This exploration will provide you with:

  1. A luxury Baar Products Wellness Essentials Kit allowing you to work with these products and healing supplements.
  2. Six pre-recorded lectures from industry experts in nutrition, food, medicine, and spirituality.
  3. Bi-weekly (every other week) Zoom calls with the experts and your classmates for a shared learning experience facilitated by your A.R.E. course-host.

Today is July 10 and day one of your journey. Starting this week and every other week thereafter, you will have two pre-recorded videos to view, each from one of six industry experts in nutrition, food, medicine, and spirituality.

Next week, July 17 will start our first of three live Zoom meetings where you will have an opportunity to meet with the previous week’s pre-recorded guest lecturers. This time will allow you to ask questions to our guest speakers.

So, let’s get started. Remember, take care of your mind, body, and spirit, giving yourself an optimal place to live.
