Tammy is a certified Kundalini Yoga instructor and certified Gong Yoga Nidra practitioner, deeply devoted to sharing the transformative power of Kundalini Yoga. Her classes weave together breathwork, mantra, meditation, and kriya to awaken deeper awareness, cultivate resilience, and restore balance within the nervous system and energetic body. Her Kundalini journey began in 2016 in Charlottesville, where her very first class sparked an immediate and profound connection. Through consistent practice, she experienced powerful personal shifts that inspired her to complete her teacher training in 2019 under Jai Gopal Khalsa. This training further ignited her passion for guiding others on their own path of healing, clarity, and self-discovery. In addition to her Kundalini teaching, Tammy is an intuitive gong practitioner who offers sound journeys and Gong Yoga Nidra experiences. Through the sacred resonance of the gong and the steady guidance of her voice, she leads participants into deep states of relaxation, restoration, and expanded consciousness. A U.S. Army veteran, Tammy brings a grounded presence, discipline, and devotion to her teaching. Her background as a NASM-certified personal trainer and her love of movement shape her classes, creating experiences that support both energetic awareness and physical strength. When she’s not on the mat, Tammy enjoys strength training, trail running, ecstatic dance, and spending time in nature—practices that continue to deepen her own connection to the teachings she so lovingly shares.
