Shannon is a graduate of the Cayce/Reilly School of Massage and brings a holistic Body-Mind-Spirit approach to every session. With more than nine years of experience as an intuitive healer, she empowers clients to better understand their own healing journey and supports lasting wellness beyond the treatment room. She is a certified Yoga Instructor, having studied at the World Peace Yoga School in Rishikesh, India. A lifelong servant-leader, Shannon served in the armed forces and held corporate leadership roles before following her calling to holistic wellness at Edgar Cayce’s A.R.E. A proud wife, mother, and veteran, Shannon enjoys spending time in nature, boating, fishing, gardening, and traveling with her husband to see their favorite band, Phish. Shannon is one of the A.R.E. Health Center & Spa’s most sought-after therapists, specializing in Manual Lymphatic Drainage, Colon Hydrotherapy, Sound Therapy, and Reiki. She is also a Reiki Master.
