Sarah Anderson’s spiritual journey, from childhood onward, has been infused with the creative influences of music, sacred movement, and ritual. She has trained in and practices the art of emotional release massage, in addition to her studies and training in voice, singing, music theory and harp at university. Sarah is a lifetime student of the “Inner Light Consciousness” teachings and a Music Minister at the Fellowship of the Inner Light. She has trained in and teaches sacred dance through her studies of Rudolph Stiener, and she was one of the members of the “Dancers of the Spirit,” a group led by Elizabeth Waitikus. Sarah continues to deepen her appreciation, understanding and expertise in sacred movement through her work with Cynthia Hoven.
