As one of Dr. Gladys' kids, Bob McGarey first heard about Edgar Cayce when he was 4 years old. Since then he has studied the Readings in depth, attended the A.R.E. Summer Camp numerous times, and taken many hundreds of Castor Oil Packs. He got his M.A. degree in Humanistic and Transpersonal Psychology in 1976. He founded the nonprofit Human Potential Center in Austin, Texas in 1986, where he continues as Executive Director and provides Personal Growth Sessions for individuals and couples. He is also Executive Director of the international Association for Humanistic Psychology. Having observed his Mom for decades, he happens to think that she's pretty awesome.
