Nancy Kirkpatrick has been a student of the Edgar Cayce readings since her teens, with a particular interest in making sense of Cayce’s sometimes difficult language and making his insights accessible and useful in everyday life. She introduced her late husband and writing partner, best-selling author and acclaimed Cayce biographer Sidney D. Kirkpatrick, to the Cayce material—an introduction that became a shared life’s work. Together they researched and wrote the definitive biography, Edgar Cayce: An American Prophet, and later co-authored True Tales from the Edgar Cayce Archives. They also served as editors of A.R.E.’s Venture Inward magazine and traveled extensively, researching and lecturing on Cayce’s life and work. A researcher, writer, and editor whose work includes books beyond the Cayce field, Nancy brings a lifelong curiosity to exploring how current research in science, medicine, and spirituality supports Cayce’s revelations. This event marks Nancy’s return to the podium after several years away during Sidney’s illness and following his passing a year ago. She is known for her warmth, humor, and ability to make complex material understandable, memorable, and fun.
