Mystic and seeker Marianne Splenda is a veteran explorer of spiritual sites and a student of the Edgar Cayce readings for almost 40 years. She now offers her insights into the mystical and magical world of ancient Egypt on a tour of this fabled land. Based on her research, Marianne gives talks on a variety of Cayce subjects, including Ra-ta the High Priest of Egypt, the Temple Beautiful, and the ancient use of chanting and vibrational sounds in that culture. Her intense interest in all things related to ancient Egypt led her to undertake a spiritual tour there where she had profound deja-vú experiences at the Abydos temple complex and at the Great Pyramid of Giza. She pursued her love of world history to earn advanced degrees in history/social science and education from Stanford University and Saint Mary’s College in California. Her travels and living experiences – so far – have taken her to Egypt, Mexico, China, Morocco, India, Hawaii, Brazil, Spain, and Portugal. On this A.R.E. Tour of Egypt, Marianne will share the history and stories of those ancient Egyptian people and how this information is relevant to us today. She encourages tour participants to use their own imaginative forces, to perhaps recognize themselves in a past life in Egypt. and to enhance their experiences wandering through temples, drifting in reverie along the Nile River, or meditating in the King’s Chamber, a sacred space specifically designed to give the initiate the opportunity to explore deeper levels of consciousness in very unusual ways.
