Andrea began meditating in 1992 after living a profound near death experience. Initially meditating in silence, her world changed when the first crystal bowl was introduced around 2000. She continued to practice Sound Meditation through her years as an award-winning entrepreneur, a McGill University lecturer, and a mentor for budding entrepreneurs. Finally retiring in 2015, Andrea began dedicating herself full time to facilitating Sound Meditations at yoga and wellness centres, hospitals, universities, and since 2020, online via Zoom. Participants report pain reduction, better sleep, after death communication with loved ones, reduction of anxiety and greater peace. An author, Andrea has written 2 books and a play on themes of life and life after life.
