Barrington, RI native Marcia Weeden’s sensitivities to psychic experiences were so frequent, accurate, and varied that by her teens she was describing herself as “someone who has a foot on either side of the veil.” While living in Norway as a young bride, Marcia discovered Many Mansions: The Edgar Cayce Story on Reincarnation, by Gina Cerminara in English in a bookstore. Before finishing the book, she was declaring, “These are my people! This is where I belong!” She has never changed course. Marcia is a certified quality engineer and has spent her career working in the QA field. She authored, Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEAs) for Small Business Owners and Non-Engineers: Determining and Preventing What Can Go Wrong, published by the American Society for Quality. Marcia's investigative and QA experience led her to apply her skills to analyzing Edgar Cayce’s readings with respect to souls and reincarnation, e.g., Were his messages consistent? Did they support or conflict with each other? Were they applicable to his time only or were they universal and applicable to today? As a result, Marcia recently completed writing, Soul Choices – An Edgar Cayce Primer for 21st Century Living. Marcia believes that her soul incarnated in this lifetime to carry on understanding and spreading spiritual teachings, which is why she speaks about Edgar Cayce and continues writing about his messages regarding the soul.
