Teresa has always been a spiritual seeker, following a path that includes a degree in Religious Studies from the University of Toronto, becoming a Reiki Master, and getting her certification as a Regression Hypnotherapist. She is retired after 32 years as an educational assistant, working with children with learning challenges and multiple exceptionalities. Since retiring, she is pursuing her spiritual work with great enthusiasm, facilitating an online group for soul growth and personal development called Wise Ones Gathering, leading an online prayer and meditation called Healing for Humanity and the Earth, chairing the Edgar Cayce Spiritual Retreat, co-creating the Evolving Consciousness Annual Conference with Peter Woodbury, and presenting workshops on various spiritual topics. She enjoys weaving together all the spiritual wisdom that has resonated with her over the years and sharing this with others in order to help them raise their consciousness, find their own inner truth, and come to trust it.
