Julie Starr Parker holds a Master’s degree in Transpersonal Psychology from John F. Kennedy University and a Ph.D. in Psychology with a concentration in Consciousness and Spirituality from Saybrook University. Her academic work includes the 2005 publication Extraordinary Experiences of the Bereaved and Adaptive Outcomes of Grief in Omega: Journal of Death and Dying. With 21 years of experience teaching psychology in higher education, Dr. Parker has served as both a university and community college professor and continues to teach psychology courses online. In addition to her academic career, she is a practicing intuitive life coach and serves as a special guest psychic for the Association for Research and Enlightenment (A.R.E.).
