  • 10 a.m. to 12 noon & 2 to 4 p.m.: Virginia Beach Friends of IANDS (International Association for Near-Death Studies) welcomes Bill Guggenheim. Bill Guggenheim is the co-author, along with Judy Guggenheim, of the book, Hello from Heaven! The book presents 353 of the best stories of after-death communication of the thousands that Bill and Judy received. The stories are told in the first person with editorial comments before and after. They are easy reading, and provide overwhelming testimony that life continues beyond the physical realm, and that loving relationships bind us together even after the death of our physical body. Hello from Heaven! has been translated into more than a dozen other languages. During the morning session Bill will describe the twelve types of after-death communications, and he will provide evidence why they are real and not merely hallucinations etc. based on grief. Suggested donation at the door is $5, but no one will be turned away until capacity of the mini- auditorium is reached. Bill will conduct an afternoon session in which he will use guided imagery to assist people to contact a loved one who has made his or her transition. The cost is $20. In the Mini Auditorium.
