Noons - at least a portion of this meal should include lettuce and
celery, and carrots - raw. Arrange these differently so that they
do not become abhorrent to the body; sometimes in their regular state,
other times grated, other times prepared in juice form. Then have
soups, broths or the like, and these should include the oyster plant, celery,
fowl, mixed vegetables - but not too much of the dried vegetables; though
soy beans can be used at times, and lentils or such.

Mornings - a dry cereal with some fruit or berries. Or, instead
of these there may be taken citrus fruit juices (but not at the same meal
with the cereal), with toast later and the yolk of an egg - whether boiled

preferably use the soy bean milk.

(A) This is very well balanced at present; and, as indicated,
do not let the body become AWARE of an attitude as to too much sugar or
the like, see? either by suggestion or by activity; though precautions
generally are necessary, as for those in the environs of the body.
When sweets are taken, we find that honey or maple sugar, or candies made
with beet sugar, are preferable to cane sugar.
Soy Bean Milk, or soy bean products, would be very good for his body,
but do not make it over CONSCIOUS of same.
