My plans have changed - now what?

Canceling a Conference Registration -
Despite your best-laid plans, there may come a time when you will have to withdraw from a conference you wanted to attend. To cancel your registration at a Virginia Beach conference or a field conference located in a city near you, call the A.R.E. Conference Registrar at 757-428-3588, ext. 7400. One of our customer service representatives will help you.

Withdrawing from a Distance Learning Course -
If you have registered for an Internet or distance learning course, simply write or email the Institute Registrar stating your desire to withdraw. The email address is intuition@edgarcayce.org

The amount of refund you will receive is described in the Institute catalog or on the Web site under refund policy.

A Few Courses Do Have Time Limits -
A few Institute courses do require you to begin and complete them within a specific time frame in order to receive maximum benefit from the experience. These courses are clearly described in the course description section.
If you fail to make timely progress in these courses, the Registrar will contact you and ask you to re-register at a time when you can complete the course within the required time frame.

If lack of timely completion is the reason for your administrative withdrawel from a course, the amount of refund you will receive is described in the Institute catalog or on the Web site under refund policy.
