Cayce Comprehensive Symptom Inventory
REQUEST HEALTH EVALUATION FORM
A Cayce-based Health Evaluation service is now available
It's designed to improve your physical, mental, and spiritual health as you cooperate with your body's own healing wisdom.

You can participate in your healing with this service.

All that's necessary is to complete the Cayce Comprehensive System Inventory (CCSI) in the comfort and convenience of your home. You simply rate (from 0-3) the intensity of your particular symptoms. Your answers generate a report that shows if you have any imbalances (diseases) in any of thirteen major body systems. Based on this report, you receive a wealth of written Cayce-based suggestions and instructions for improving your health. You also can request FREE personal assistance from the HRC nurse if you have any questions about how to use the materials effectively.

The fee is $70.00 which is available to members at a reduced rate of $60.00.
To order, please complete the information below and the health questionnaire will be sent to you. Or, if you prefer, you may Print the On-line Personal Health History Form ( CLICK HERE ) and mail them to:
