Week Two: The Soul's Eye View: Moving into the "I AM" consciousness; previewing your post-life review; finding the formative imprint from a prior life; reviewing your pre-life planning.
Week Three: Assessing Where You Are: The spectrum of consciousness, your current life lessons and the places where you need healing; finding the "glitches" in your unconscious blueprint; giving yourself a personal psychic reading.
Week Four: Approaches to Change: Matching the need with the most effective and efficient approach; the Personal Change Matrix; energy blockage release techniques; emotional blockage release techniques; changing limiting decisions and beliefs; making creative visualization work for you.

Lynn Sparrow Christy is a teacher, writer, Christian minister and hypnotherapist-life coach, with more than 30
years' experience as a conference speaker. Her passion is in helping contemporary spiritual seekers find pathways to growth,
and in building bridges between traditional and alternative approaches to spirituality. A veteran student and presenter of the
Edgar Cayce material, Lynn is the author of two books and numerous home-study courses based on the Cayce legacy. She is
currently working on a book that offers a 21st Century understanding of what it means to follow Jesus.
Lynn is a Licensed Minister with the Christian Church (Disciples of Christ). She is also certified as a Master Hypnotherapist
and hypnosis trainer, Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) Practitioner, Life Coach and Time Line Therapy Practitioner. She
maintains a part-time private practice in Virginia Beach, VA, where she offers a full spectrum of hypnotherapy and NLP
services, from habit change and stress reduction to exploration of deep spiritual themes.

What's an e-Group?
Your A.R.E. eGroup will meet on an Internet discussion board. This discussion board has been created especially for A.R.E. by BulletinBoards.com, a secure Internet site that makes learning online interactive and easy. In Internet terms, your eGroup is called a "discussion board", a virtual meeting room where you will join with other like-minded people and your mentor, Lynn Sparrow Christy, in an interactive discussion on Life Lessons and Soul Purpose.
In the virtual meeting room, you will have access to the written and audio materials prepared for you by Lynn. Every Wednesday, she will post a lesson along with exercises for you to practice during the week. Posting is very similar to sending an e-mail, except that all the e-mails are viewed within your virtual meeting room. You may post your thoughts, questions, and experiences on the site for Lynn and the other participants to read and respond to. In this way, everyone will benefit from one another's experiences and insights and the coaching offered by Lynn to individuals.

Lessons and Soul Purpose: A Life Course Tune-Up. Then, you're in! You will be able to visit your eGroup any time you desire. The meeting room is accessible 24 hours a day/ 7 days a week and you may participate at your convenience from anywhere in the world. There are no specified times that you have to be in the room. You decide when and how often you wish to participate.
